Terms of Service

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • The remaining balance is due within 48 hours of the booking's end. An updated invoice requesting this will be sent at the end of your booking.

  • A half-day fee may be applied where arrival/departure times differ.

  • WOOFYWORLDs pricing structure eliminates service fees, providing you with a lower upfront cost and a better overall price.

  • No indoor cameras or surveillance systems are allowed during a sit.

  • WOOFYWORLD offers a flexible cancellation policy: If you cancel more than 48 hours before the booking, you will receive a full deposit refund. However, if cancellation occurs within 48 hours or thereafter, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the loss of future booking opportunities.

  • We highly value our professional relationship and strive to operate with the utmost respect and fairness. We expect the same level of respect and fairness in return.

(As of Jan 8 2024) WOOFYWORLD provides care for cats and dogs only. No lizards, birds, snakes, spiders or other.
