Terms of Service
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, on a first-come, first-served basis.
The remaining balance is due within 48 hours of the booking's end. An updated invoice requesting this will be sent at the end of your booking.
A half-day fee may be applied where arrival/departure times differ.
WOOFYWORLDs pricing structure eliminates service fees, providing you with a lower upfront cost and a better overall price.
No indoor cameras or surveillance systems are allowed during a sit.
WOOFYWORLD offers a flexible cancellation policy: If you cancel more than 48 hours before the booking, you will receive a full deposit refund. However, if cancellation occurs within 48 hours or thereafter, the deposit will be forfeited.
Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the loss of future booking opportunities.
We highly value our professional relationship and strive to operate with the utmost respect and fairness. We expect the same level of respect and fairness in return.

(As of Jan 8 2024) WOOFYWORLD provides care for cats and dogs only. No lizards, birds, snakes, spiders or other.
